Our Services
Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationships & Families
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, discuss issues and find solutions in all stages of their relationship.
We also offer counseling to families in a safe environment to assist with topics such as communication, structure, loss, trauma, and parenting work.

Screening: including determining the presence of risk factors, early behaviors, and biomarkers. This supports early identification of behavioral health disorders and helps identify warning signs to assist with early access to care and early intervention.

Treatment Planning: which outlines therapeutic strategies and goals to assist in reducing clinical symptoms and overcoming behavioral health issues.
Care Coordination: to assist with navigating and integrating the efforts of primary care, specialty health care and social service providers to support overall health, wellness and independence.
